The band CAMiNOS, led by composer and guitarist Germain Chaperon, will present their new eponymous EP on stage at the Auditorium of La Cité de la Musique in Marseille on Friday 27 November 2026 at 8.00 pm.

This new release, released on 4 June 2026 by Piment Rouge Production / ACEL WORLD WIDE / InOuïe Distribution, received rave reviews from the national and international press.

For this ensemble, steeped in the Mediterranean cultures that have always inspired him, guitarist Germain Chaperon has surrounded himself with musicians for whom these influences hold no secrets. Neda Cainero, radiant and generous on vocals and percussion, Marek Eichler, colourful and powerful on bass, and Sven Clerx on mesmerising drums, have long since brought to life the countless reflections of the Mare Nostrum. Neda Cainero sings Germain’s compositions here in Italian, Occitan or Spanish alongside him, and the pair find in these shared moments a musical rapport that unfolds with power and radiance. Drawing on their stated inspirations – which read like a list of illustrious influences – they elevate them through this collaboration, which captivates with its diversity and abundance.

Line-up for the evening:
– Germain Chaperon: compositions, guitar
– Neda Cainero: vocals
– Marek Eichler: bass
– Sven Clerx: drums
– Analucia Conca: dance

The artists will be in residence from 23 to 27 November:

In residence, CAMiNOS is working to transform four individualities into a shared landscape. Around the compositions of Germain Chaperon, guitar, bass and drums find their spaces, whilst the voice and percussion of Neda Cainero move between Italian, Occitan and Spanish. Arrangements, improvisations and timbral interplay allow the quartet to explore the balance between electric power and acoustic texture, rhythm and freedom. A step towards ensuring that these Mediterranean paths cease to merely cross and truly begin to journey together.
