Shirley Davis et The Silverbacks<\/strong> nous pr\u00e9sentent un album tr\u00e8s personnel dans lequel le son, les m\u00e9lodies et les rythmes propres \u00e0 “Black Rose<\/strong>” sont approfondis, remani\u00e9s de fa\u00e7on plus consciente. Tout le processus depuis la composition jusqu’\u00e0 l’enregistrement est soigneusement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi dans le but d’obtenir une parfaite symbiose et de faire na\u00eetre ainsi un projet solide renforc\u00e9 par l’essence qui lui est propre.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s leur tourn\u00e9e de pr\u00e9sentation de leur album “Black Rose<\/strong>“(r\u00e9compens\u00e9 aux ARIA), Shirley Davis et The Silverbacks<\/strong> attaquent la cr\u00e9ation de leur deuxi\u00e8me album “Wishes & Wants<\/strong>“. Trois compositeurs travaillent sur ce projet : Marc Ibarz<\/strong> qui a compos\u00e9 la majeure partie des morceaux de Davis retranscrivant \u00e0 la perfection l’univers particulier de la chanteuse, Shirley et Eduardo Mart\u00ednez<\/strong> (directeur musical et guitariste). Ensemble ils cr\u00e9ent dix morceaux dont les accords complexes qui refl\u00e8tent un large \u00e9ventail d’influences, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 peaufin\u00e9s pendant les r\u00e9p\u00e9titions en pr\u00e9sence de tous les membres du groupe.<\/p>\n

Les paroles refl\u00e8tent l’univers de Shirley, comme le morceau “Woman Dignity<\/strong>” inspir\u00e9 du quotidien d’une femme dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 moderne, mais aussi d’\u00e9v\u00e8nements intimes de la vie de Shirley \u00e9voqu\u00e9s dans “Troubles & Trials<\/strong>“. La chanteuse nous d\u00e9crit \u00e9galement sa vision du monde dans “Wishes & Wants<\/strong>“.<\/p>\n

“Les accords d’Edu forment un merveilleux squelette qui permet d’alterner entre lumi\u00e8re et obscurit\u00e9, l’essence m\u00eame de la musique Soul”. “C’est une v\u00e9ritable inspiration pour un chanteur.
