This opus will be presented on Thursday, December 4, 2025, on the stage of Les 2 Pianos (Paris) during an exceptional launch concert.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018\u2019This fifth album is a testament to several years of travels and artistic inspiration. Once again, I play my three guitars (classical\/Brazilian guitar, flamenco guitar, and viola caipira) as I did on my previous album, <strong>La Trinidad<\/strong> (2011), but this time solo or with other musicians ranging from a duo to a quartet. The pieces featured are masterpieces from the classical repertoire, flamenco solos arrangements of gems from Brazilian popular music on my viola caipira, and personal compositions with my guitars accompanied by percussion, bass and double bass, rabeca, bass clarinet, and poetic vocals. This melting pot, reflecting my many musical passions, leaves plenty of room for sharing with other musicians and poets, but without forgetting the intimacy that instrumental solos can offer, which is so dear to me. Let&#8217;s hope that this album, \u201c<strong>Cordes Sensibles<\/strong>\u201d, will bring together listeners of different sensibilities around a single voice: that of music!\u2019\u2019 <strong>Fabienne Magnant<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On this new album, <strong>Fabienne Magnant<\/strong> (classical\/ Brazilian guitar, flamenco guitar and viola ca\u00efpira) is accompanied by:<\/p>\n<p><strong>&#8211; Dominique Muzeau<\/strong> (bass and electro-acoustic bass),<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Akiko Horii<\/strong> (percussion)<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Samuel Th\u00e9z\u00e9<\/strong> (bass clarinet)<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Fran\u00e7ois Kokelaere<\/strong> (percussion, vocals, poetry),<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Consuelo De Paula<\/strong> (vocals and poetry)<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Ricardo Vignini<\/strong> (viola ca\u00efpira)<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Andre Rass (<\/strong>percussion),<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Pedro Macedo<\/strong> (double bass)<br \/>\n<strong>&#8211; Bruno Menegatti<\/strong> (rabeca)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fabienne Magnant<\/strong> is a French guitarist, composer, and teacher who has been passionate about classical guitar since childhood. Trained by great masters such as <strong>Olivier Chassain<\/strong> and <strong>Roland Dyens<\/strong>, she has distinguished herself with an international career marked by diverse musical exploration. At the age of 25, after graduating from conservatory, she left for Brazil, where she met influential musicians, notably guitarist <strong>Baden Powell<\/strong>. This stay inspired her to compose and explore new musical horizons. Her albums, such as <strong>Le sens des sens<\/strong> (2003), are the fruit of her travels and influences, particularly in northeastern Brazil; she became a figure in Brazilian music with her instrument of choice, the viola ca\u00efpira.<\/p>\n<p>Her musical curiosity also led her to explore flamenco guitar in Andalusia, incorporating this influence into her work. <strong>Fabienne Magnant<\/strong> has released five albums, including \u201c<strong>La Trinidad<\/strong>\u201d in 2011, and her new opus, released on all platforms in May 2025, \u201c<strong>Cordas sensiveis\/Cordes Sensibles<\/strong>\u201d on <strong>Music Box Publishing<\/strong>, and on <strong>InOu\u00efe Distribution<\/strong> from November 7, 2025, in physical stores. She is regularly praised by the specialist press. In 2018 and 2019, she was listed in the top 10 traditional Brazilian musicians by the S\u00e3o Paulo newspaper Sertaopaulistano.<\/p>\n<p>She teaches classical and Latin guitar (as a tenured professor of artistic education) at the Conservatoire \u00e0 Rayonnement D\u00e9partemental d&#8217;Evry and performs regularly in concerts in Europe and Brazil. Her compositions are published by <strong>Les Productions d&#8217;Oz<\/strong> (sheet music) and <strong>Music Bo Publishing<\/strong> (in the film and documentary music catalog).
