Bene ting of a privilegiated playground \u2013 \u201cles pentes\u201d (slopes) of Croix Rousse, the musicians of&nbsp;<strong>Forr\u00f3 de Rebeca<\/strong>&nbsp;and the universal beats ambassador&nbsp;<strong>Maga Bo<\/strong>&nbsp;met during the summer 2014. They immediately get along with each other!<\/p>\n<p>Their paths are crossing exactly where the North-estearn roots of the&nbsp;<strong>franco-brazilian<\/strong>&nbsp;trio dives into the electronic music deep waters, while&nbsp;<strong>Maga Bo<\/strong>, living in&nbsp;<strong>Rio de Janeiro<\/strong>&nbsp;for fteen years, can\u2019t stop focusing on the&nbsp;<strong>Brazilian Nordeste.<\/strong>&nbsp;The artists multiply the trips between Lyon and Rio de Janeiro. From one shore to the other,&nbsp;<strong>Sociedade Recreativa<\/strong>&nbsp;keeps experimenting and nally creates a new style, an \u00ab half-way \u00bb transatlantic sound. They book an appointment to record their rst album during the summer 2015. The musical palette of the project is enrich by other artistic meetings, such as the Occitan ow of&nbsp;<strong>Papet J<\/strong>&nbsp;(Massilia Sound System) or&nbsp;<strong>Flavia Coelho<\/strong>\u2019s feline voice.<\/p>\n<p>Then comes the step of the explosive live show creation. Thanks to the help of La Cit\u00e9 de la Musique de Romans and the Projet Bizarre in Venissieux, the artists move directly from studio recording to artistic residencies. On stage, the festive energy of&nbsp;<strong>Forr\u00f3 de Rebeca<\/strong>&nbsp;troubadours naturally mixes up with&nbsp;<strong>Maga Bo<\/strong>\u2019s musical patchwork.
