METISMATIC<\/strong> f\u00eate la sortie de son deuxi\u00e8me album, intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Bad Safari<\/strong> \u00bb (sortie le 23\/03 chez Quart de Lune<\/strong> \/ Musicast<\/strong>).
\nDans ce nouvel opus, le quartet du balafoniste Romain Perda<\/strong> invite cinq artistes de la nouvelle sc\u00e8ne jazz world<\/strong>, dont la chanteuse franco-alg\u00e9ro-br\u00e9silienne Aniss\u00e1 Bensalah<\/strong>. Le jazz plan\u00e9taire de METISMATIC en pleine (r)\u00e9volution<\/strong> !<\/p>\n

Le groupe METISMATIC<\/strong> voit le jour en 2009, sur une id\u00e9e du balafoniste Romain Perda<\/strong>.
\nLe compositeur r\u00e9unit autour de lui un panel \u00e9clectique d’instrumentistes : le poly-cuivriste Brice Perda<\/strong>, le violoncelliste Mathieu Miteran<\/strong> et le percussionniste Alex Belair<\/strong>.
\nLe jazz plan\u00e9taire<\/strong> de METISMATIC<\/strong> prend forme, puisant ses inspirations dans ses voyages aux quatre coins du globe, fusionnant les timbres et les rythmes de mani\u00e8re innovante.<\/p>\n

Un premier album \u00e9ponyme sort en 2012, tandis que le clip \u00ab Au fond \u00e0 gauche<\/strong> \u00bb est accueilli avec enthousiasme par les internautes.<\/p>\n

Fort de son succ\u00e8s aupr\u00e8s du public, METISMATIC<\/strong> se produit dans de nombreux festivals et salles de concert, et remporte notamment le Prix d\u2019Originalit\u00e9 aux Troph\u00e9es du Sunside\/Sunset<\/strong>, avant d’\u00eatre s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 pour la 37e \u00e9dition du Concours de Jazz de la D\u00e9fense<\/strong> en 2014.<\/p>\n

L\u2019univers musical de METISMATIC<\/strong> s’enrichit en 2014 de l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de cinq invit\u00e9s de la nouvelle sc\u00e8ne jazz world<\/strong>.
\nLe balafoniste compose des titres \u00ab sur mesure \u00bb pour des solistes aussi g\u00e9n\u00e9reux que talentueux : la chanteuse franco-alg\u00e9ro-br\u00e9silienne Aniss\u00e1 Bensalah, la fl\u00fbtiste Amina Mezaache, le saxophoniste Michael Havard, le panderiste Jonathan Edo, et le contrebassiste Joachim Govin.<\/p>\n

L\u2019\u00e9quipe \u00ab METISMATIC & Guests<\/strong> \u00bb signe en 2015 un nouvel album intitul\u00e9 \u00ab Bad Safari<\/strong> \u00bb. Ce deuxi\u00e8me opus affirme un peu plus la dimension jazz du groupe, l\u2019\u00e9criture de Romain Perda se voyant renouvel\u00e9e par l\u2019apport du balafon chromatique et du cavaquinho.<\/p>\n
